Today (January 6, 2015) Ari Scott Bass aka Michael Whiteacre appeared before Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Tobiasson in regards to a domestic battery charge filed against him on December 1, 2014 by his wife Christina Parreira (aka Goddess Vienna, Princess Kora & Kinky Kora). Judge Tobiasson granted the state of Nevada their motion today for a NO CONTACT ORDER between Bass and his victim (Parreira).
As many are aware, Ari Scott Bass has an extensive history of aggression, stalking and violence. It’s appeared for the past couple of years that Bass has routinely bullied, threatened, physically attacked and intimidated Parreira into continuing a relationship with him, so the State of Nevada finally intervening is long overdue.
In the past prior to Christina Parreira marrying Bass, she filed for a restraining order against Bass due to his alleged stalking. In addition it’s appeared that Parreira attempted suicide due to Bass’s actions towards her (most recently shortly after Bass appeared to coerce her into working as a legal prostitute at the Alien Cathouse – a Nevada Brothel owned by Dennis Hof).
As of this afternoon, Bass already appears to be in direct violation of the court issued No Contact Order by electing to tweet to Christina Parreira’s twitter account @SinCityGrrrl and by having her serve him lunch in what appears to be her residence (apartment).
In addition, it appears that Bass may be acting as Christina Parreira’s “pimp”, being
that for the past few weeks Parreira (aka Princess Kora) has been advertising herself as a Dominatrix, and has consistently tweeted about meeting clients (who are from the general public and may not have a current STD test) for Domination sessions. As you can see in one of the screen caps below, Christina states on her “Goddess Vienna” website that she will meet clients in their hotel rooms for only $250.
According to DefenseHelp.com, judges take the violation of a domestic violence No Contact order very seriously. Violating a no contact order is usually seen as a “slap in the face” to the authority of the criminal justice system. If the court or the prosecutor learns that a “No Contact” order has been violated, it will often cause an individual to have their bond or R.O.R. revoked and a warrant issued for their arrest with a “No Bond Hold.” Such a bond status indicates that release from the jail on a bond is impossible. Additionally, breaking a “No Contact” order constitutes a new and separate criminal charge of “Violation of Pre-Trial Release Conditions.” As a result, the prosecutor can add an additional criminal count to the already pending domestic violence case.
Law enforcement and the Nevada courts will be made aware of Ari Scott Bass’s apparent disregard for Judge Tobiasson’s ruling.
